At the moment, VNR isn’t acting too kindly to. Add the whole hot corporate dudes in suits and the whole, well, kichiku megane kink, and I am so there that it’s not funny. I won't recommend it to some fujoshis tho, because sensitive theme.īut this game really makes me think and rethink about many stuffs. The whole concept behind Kichiku Megane is kind of distinct and weird, and I adore games set in modern day ordinary settings, especially when the characters are adults. And so I started hunting down for the game. And naturally, being a sad sadistic fangirl, I fall in love with the story almost immediately. Most of those who played BL games must know this game. The opening itself represent Shingakkou pretty good. kichiku megane official novels, desktop assessories. And I like the homosexual part is serious matter in this game, more or less necessary in this game (not just for yaoi needs only), and our protagonist inner conflict is presented well about this matter. Shingakkou is creepy and sad, but sweet and happy at the same time. I just never thought BL can be like this. well written and painfully fit the whole thing. For me, Plot, pacing, mystery, twist, character, everything is great even though there are some parts that cliche and several things (seems intentionally?) hanged/incompleted. THE STORY IS EVERYTHING, not to please fangirl at all, really dig its own BIG potential fully. When I played this game back then, it was my new experience to feel like that for BL. However, underneath the genre cliches and audacious story lines, there are still enjoyable visual novels available to play in English, if you’re dedicated enough and know where to look.

Shingakkou -Noli me Tangere- DEVELOPER: PIL/SLASHĪMAZING! If this is no-good, I don't know anymore what is good. The world of yaoi and BL games is a niche and shadowy place, rarely accessible to an English-speaking audience.
